We are excited to announce the arrival of our new autumn A la carte menu with newly created dishes inspired by the best ingredients and Facebook-friendly presentation. Our Executive Chef James Dogan and his team carefully test each dish in order to provide the best combination of flavour to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
To start, besides choices of healthy salads and soups, we offer an arrange of new mouthwatering starters, including crab cake, rolls of smoked salmon and crab meat, or meat pastilla.
A variety of main dishes are created to make sure we satisfy all customers’ preferences. Crispy salmon fillet served with asparagus risotto, Hokkaido scallops, Smoked salmon linguine and Lasagna alla Bolognese are new additions to RICO’s signature Beef Wellington.
As for steak aficionados, we do not only offer best quality steak (Tomahawk, Wagyu, Premium Black Angus Dry-aged) at different sizes and cuts as usual, but also adding USDA Prime Rib eye – the highest quality American beef. All side dishes to complement RICO’s steaks are now served in eye-catching crock pots.
For dessert, Chef James Dogan has created the irresistible Baba au Rhum – a not-to-be-missed in the new menu.
